La Belle Armée
Rioters set fire to this restaurant during the demonstrations of 2019. The owners decided to redesign the interior and add an oyster bar. This was a manic building site with many artisans all working around each other as I shelled the frame of the bar. It is amazing to see how these job sites come together and look fabulous.
