The Glebe
The late Rosemary Verey designed this folly. I was so lucky to have had a cup of tea with the influential garden designer in her grotto, which she created with the brilliant Simon Verity. My client’s only instruction to me was to create a pheasant inside this building. The client would present me with boxes of exciting minerals, fossils and shells to be included within the design. The gardeners created a wonderful complimentary rockery around this building. It was a brilliant collaboration of many different talents and a lot of fun!
